This policy explains how Casino Party in a Box, a Mr Casino Party project, handles information submitted through this product-development website.

Information we collect

When you join the first-release list, we collect your first name, email address, ZIP code, expected party size, event timing, game interest and consent choices. We also store limited campaign attribution, the page that brought you here, referrer information and browser user agent.

When you request the Blackjack Host Pack, we collect your email address, the exact version of the resource-delivery and optional marketing choices shown to you, your choices and the server time associated with them. The Host Pack opens in your browser after submission.

To protect the forms from abuse, we temporarily process a network-address-derived, one-way identifier for rate limiting. It is held in memory for the active limit window and is not added to your lead record.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the resource or release follow-up you request, plan product demand and improve the offer. We send broader planning tips or offers only when you choose the separate optional marketing consent. Requesting a resource does not itself opt you into marketing.

Service providers and sharing

We may use hosting, database, analytics and customer-relationship service providers to run the site and manage requested follow-up. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Retention and security

We retain launch-interest and resource-request records while the product is being evaluated and while needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

In-memory rate-limit identifiers expire with their approximately 15-minute protection window.

Your choices

You may decline optional marketing email and unsubscribe from it later. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email grcasinoparties@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records where the law permits or requires it.
